Sarah Perry joined the Galveston Bay Foundation in November of 2024. Prior to joining the GBF development team, Sarah spent 6 years in the fundraising department at The Everglades Foundation in South Florida with her most recent role being Treasure Coast Director of Development & Endowment Giving. She has over 10 years in event and fundraising experience which began during her time at University of Central Florida before graduating with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management in 2017. She grew up along the east coast of Florida with a deep appreciation for the benefits of the environment and the need to restore and protect vital ecosystems. Her respect for the flora and fauna along our coastal communities drives her passion for building philanthropic support for non-profits that improve the quality of these habitats.
