Madison joined the Galveston Bay Foundation in July 2024 as a member of the Watershed Wayfinders Program and immediately fell in love with GBF’s mission, vision, and passion for the bay! In December of 2021, Madison graduated Cum laude from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi with a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, and quickly began pursuing a Master’s of Science soon after. While earning her Master’s, Madison presented her Thesis research at the Southern Region American Society for Horticultural Science (SRASHS) and the Southern Association of Agricultural Scientists (SAAS) Conference in Atlanta, GA in February 2024. In May of 2024, Madison graduated top of her class and Summa cum laude from Texas A&M University – Kingsville with a Master’s of Science in Environmental Systems Management and successfully published her Thesis to the Open Journal of Environmental Biology. Since she was a child, Madison has enjoyed dedicating her time to volunteering in her community and spending any time she can outdoors! In her free time, Madison enjoys dancing, taking her cats for a walk, and is training to become a Texas Master Naturalist!
