Celebrate the Bay at Galveston Bay Foundation’s Virtual Bay Day Festival

Houston, TX – May 12, 2021 – On Saturday, May 15, 2021, Galveston Bay Foundation will virtually host its annual Bay Day Festival, a day of free fun activities and educational programming for kids and adults, focusing on the Galveston Bay ecosystem and ecology. 

View the full Bay Day Festival video program beginning at 11am on the Galveston Bay Foundation website at galvbay.org/bayday and on Galveston Bay Foundation’s Facebook page at facebook.com/GalvestonBayFoundation. Galveston Bay Foundation staff and exhibitors including The Houston Zoo, Bayside Intermediate School, The Eddie V. Gray Wetlands Center, Armand Bayou Nature Center, and other partners will provide educational virtual exhibits. In addition, Galveston Bay Foundation educators will host free live Zoom Bay Adventure sessions. Virtual Bay Day Festival visitors must pre-register to participate in the live Zoom sessions at galvbay.org/bayday
