Natasha joined the Galveston Bay Foundation in June of 2022. She previously worked with the Environmental Institute of Houston as a team lead on their Clean Rivers Program sampling. She also worked with them on various aquatic projects throughout Galveston Bay and the state of Texas. Natasha also worked as a bat research technician and a seagrass research assistant. A native of Shawnee, Kansas, she graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Biodiversity and received a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Natasha enjoys gardening, crafting, and playing board games with her friends in her spare time.
