Jessica joined the Galveston Bay Foundation team in the summer of 2024. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Biology and an MBA with a focus in corporate social responsibility. As a veteran of the Navy and NOAA Corps, she has sailed to far off places from the Mediterranean to the Bering Sea. Since moving to Texas from Florida, Jessica has been involved with GBF and the Galveston Bay Area Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalists as a volunteer. She enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, reading, and looking for shells at the beach.
