Danielle joined Galveston Bay Foundation in August 2019. She graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2019 and received her bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Geography and Environmental Studies with a minor in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Toronto in 2014. During her time at Georgia Law, Danielle interned at the Environmental Protection Agency’s Region 4 office and served as a Georgia Sea Grant Legal Fellow working on coastal resiliency projects. Her work on how historic preservation laws can increase flood resiliency in Beaufort, South Carolina will be published in the Sea Grant Law & Policy Journal this Fall. Danielle enjoys running, hiking and exploring her surroundings with her dog. She looks forward to protecting the Galveston Bay and serving the community.
