Join Galveston Bay Foundation as we work around the Bay to protect the vital natural resource we're all connected to.
Join us for a Plastic Free July Community Cleanup event in-person on Wednesday, July 27th from 9-11 a.m. at Texas City Dike Boat Ramp. You can also join us for special coverage of the event on Facebook Live beginning at 9:30 a.m. to learn about our monthly marine debris surveys and help us clean one of our Galveston Bay beaches. No registration required for the in-person cleanup, and all ages and abilities are welcome. The event will take place in the last large parking lot on the left before the end of the Dike, marked as “Texas City Boat Ramp” on smartphone maps or “Sansom – Yarbrough Boat Ramp” on parking lot signage. Please wear close-toed shoes, sun protection, and a full water bottle.
