Redfish Raftup
GBF’s annual Redfish Raftup takes place next to Redfish Island in Galveston Bay on the Sunday after Labor Day. For several years, Star Fleet Yachts has
chartered the Star Gazer on a public cruise out to Redfish Island. There, singer/songwriter Kelly McGuire has played an afternoon concert from the top
deck of the Star Gazer. Nearly 150 private boats gathered round the Star Gazer to listen to the concert by Kelly. The event grew large enough in 2007 that
Star Fleet chartered a second boat, the Star Spirit, to Redfish Island. Please make plans to join us in 2008!
